Come bust your butt and work with me this summer!
Are you or someone you know looking to try out flower farming this summer? Please read on!
I'm not going to sugar coat it. Flower farming is HARD WORK.
It's working amongst the elements (Hot, Cold, Wind, Rain, Bugs, Mud...)
It's working early mornings or evenings.
It's bending over thousands of times a day.
It's physically exhausting and fast passed.
It requires a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
If that all sounds ok...
It's highly rewarding.
It's surrounding yourself with incredible beauty.
It's learning new skills, and challenging yourself.
And it's fun!
I am looking for dedicated, reliable part time people to come join me in the garden this summer. A full day in the garden can be a lot for most people, which is why ideally I'm looking for people willing to work mornings or evenings (the heat of the day can be very challenging) (Minimum 1 5 hour shift per week)
This job is a farm position and includes everything from planting and seeding to weeding, garden maintenance, harvesting, processing, bunching, labeling etc.
Ideal start date is in June, finishing in October but applicants only available July/August will also be considered.
No flower experience is necessary, but applicant must have reliable transportation to the farm, must be physically fit to handle the load and expectations, and must have a great attitude and willingness to learn.
If this still sounds like you, I cannot wait to hear from you!
