Flax is a stunning grain we grow strickly for ornamental purposes but is grown on conventional farms for eating as well as making linen from. Our Flax is available in 2 options, natural, and golden. Golden flax has been given a dusting of gold to enhance it's colour. The picture above shows both side by side. The golden flax is on the right.
